Visitors to my office often ask: "Why do you need 3 monitors?" The quick answer: - "I need the additional screens so I can see around the cat !" - Also, adding a second monitor, or even better a third and extending the desktop across them (using Control Panel) is one of the most cost-effective ways of boosting productivity. You can drag program windows across the 3 screens to arrange them as you wish. While doing research or writing a report, I can view a website, my project database and a Word document all at the same time and easily drag or copy and paste data or objects from one to the other.

Another Tip: - The program "Snag-it" allows you to take a "snapshot" of anything on your screen to put it on your clipboard or turn it into a graphic file.
