  BC Technology Industries Association Based in Vancouver, the BCTIA is the largest High Tech industry association in BC, representing most sectors, although not all. It has become the key advocacy organization for lobbying government, with some notable success. The BCTIA typically holds several events a week, with good educational and networking value. Vancouver Enterprise Forum   Holds one of the best educational and networking High Tech Events in Vancouver, held at Science World at 5:30pm on the third Tuesday of every month, except in summer. Excellent Website with many useful links.

  
The Vancouver Island Advanced Technology Center (VIATEC)   Located in Victoria, VIATEC serves as an important focal point for the high tech industry on Vancouver Island, most of which is located in the Victoria area.

 
Fraser Valley Technology Network   Located in Surrey, this organization provides educational and networking events convenient for companies located in the Eastern part of the Greater Vancouver area
